Jeff's Listener Comprehension could be your ticket to millions. How to Claim Your Prize:
- You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver's license or birth certificate) before prizes may be released. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID (driver's license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning. Please make a courtesy call to Q104's switchboard (759-9200) to confirm that you will be sending someone BEFORE picking up you prize.
- Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. For Lottery tickets you must be 18 and a resident of Ontario. In some specific cases, ie. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.
- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions.
CONTEST RULES
“Q COUNTRY CALL IN TO WIN CONTESTS”
1.(a) To enter, listen to Q104 and when the cue to call is announced, call 949-7104 and be the predetermined caller number in order to be eligible to win.
(b) If a selected entrant cannot be qualified using the information provided at the time of entry within 5 business days or declines the prize it will be forfeited.
(c) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected.
(d) Only one (1) entry per person or household [1].
2. Participants will be eligible to win the prize being awarded. Approximate retail value of the call in to win contest prizing is between $20.00 and $110.00.
3. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter the contests.
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, may not be transferred and may not be converted to cash. Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of being declared a winner. Upon pick-up of prize, proper picture identification (i.e. valid driver’s license OR passport) from the winner is required.
5. In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone or in person at a mutually convenient time. Rogersjudges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
6. Selected entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
7. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.
Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Rogersfor such use, without further compensation. All

8. This contest is open to residents 18 years of age and older of Ontarioand Michigan, except employees of Rogers, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

10. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Rogersis unaware of how many entrants there may be. The winner(s) may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the contest.
11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers. Rogerstakes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
12. All entries become property of Rogers who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of any telephone or radio equipment during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, broadcasting and communications hardware or software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s property related to or resulting from playing or downloading or accessing any material in the promotion. 1. (a)”Contest Period” starts at 12:01am on February 17, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm on March 15, 2009 the “Contest Closing Date”. To enter, CLUB Q members must visit The Shop Harley Davidson website (www.theshop.ca) each weekday Monday to Friday only during the Contest Period for the “Bonus Code” then enter it into their Club Q Account (non-Club members must log-on to www.qcountry.ca, sign up for Club Q for free, and enter the Bonus Code as specified above to be submitted by the Contest Closing Date, for an entry into the Contest). One entry per person per day.[z1] All times are Eastern Standard Times.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this Contest to enter without joining Club Q, during the Contest Period, please hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, age, Contest name for which you are entering for a chance to win, and a hand written 100 word letter explaining why you would like to win an invitation to the Harley Davidson Ladies only Garage Party and mail it to Q104 642 Great Northern Raod, Sault Ste. Ontario, P6B 4Z9. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received, to be postmarked by the Contest Closing Date. Limit of one (1) mail-in request per postage stamped envelope per day.
(c) Random draws will be made each day during the Contest Period each a “Draw Date” from all eligible Bonus Code entries received as of each Draw Date, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected and that name will be posted to The Shop Harley Davidson website (www.theshop.ca). Entrants must check The Shop Harley Davidson’s website (www.theshop.ca) each day to find out if they are eligible to win an invitation to the Harley Davidson Ladies only Garage Party.
